The first time I saw a trailer for Limitless, I immediately thought this would be a great movie.
By the third trailer, my earned distrust of Hollywood's attempts to pass off interesting sounding concepts packaged as crappy movies took over.
In this case I should have trusted my first instinct.
Starring Bradley Cooper, Robert Deniro, and Abbie Cornish, Limitless is a modern tale of a story like Aladdin. Our star is down on his luck, and finds something (in this case a brain-boosting pill) that gives him the power to change his lot in life.
Of course, with any power comes responsibility, and the great temptation to abuse the f*ck out of that power -- just for fun and profit.
This movie was a lot of fun, and VERY WATCHABLE.
