Can you believe it's already Week 4 of both my Brazilian Carnival Beauties and the FIFA World Cup? Time sure flies, and The Selecao finally started to ramp up their level of play as they headed into the second round...  And then Chile played an excellent game (with some luck) to force penalty kicks -- which WE WON!
