Iron Man: Extremis is about what happens when you pit rebuilt humans against each other. Iron Man  who is rebuilt from the outside in (via a well armed & armoured exoskeleton) must defeat someone remade from the inside out (via a Super Soldier Serum -- eat your heart out Captain America).

Taken from the critically lauded plot of the comic book series, Astonishing X-Men: Gifted doesn't feature your usual team of merry mutants. Sure you've got Beast , Cyclops and Wolverine  -- but unless you've been keeping up with the X-Men, you would probably be surprised to see Emma Frost (White Queen) and Kitty Pryde (Shadowcat) on the roster.

One of the first (if not THE first) Marvel Motion Comics, Spider-Woman, Agent of S.W.O.R.D. is a dark and gritty tale set after the Skrull Invasion had been thwarted. You would think a tale starring the "lesser" arachnid hero  Spider-Woman might be boring, but you would be wrong. This is a Marvel Knights tale after all...
