White-washing a cherished Japanese anime like Ghost in the Shell. What is wrong with you Hollywood?
This adaptation stars Scarlett Johansson, Pilou Asbaek, and Takeshi Kitano.

To say this is a pale imitation of the manga or anime from which it is based can hardly be put into words, and that's before you take into account the whitewashing of The Major.
They may have gotten the look of GitS down pat, but they lost the soul. Ironic considering the subject matter.
