#MovieReview: "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice"

Now that I've seen Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice twice, I feel prepared to speak about it officially.

This should have been a bad movie. Think of all the missteps they made, and all the casting decisions that most people cringed at. They threw everything but the kitchen sink into this film in order to get the DC Cinematic Universe rolling at full speed...

Starring: Amy Adams (Lois Lane), Ben Affleck (Batman), Diane Lane (Martha Kent), Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman), Henry Cavill (Superman), Holly Hunter (Senator Finch), Jeremy Irons (Alfred Pennyworth), Jesse Eisenberg (Lex Luthor), and Laurence Fishburne (Perry White).

And they did a damn good job. Clearly I'm not the only one who thinks so, as it had the largest global box-office opening of all time.

Ben Affleck? Best Batman I've seen on film. #batfleck

Gal Gadot? Very good Wonder Woman. Now, I'm no longer fearing her movie next year, and forgive her work in the Fast & Furious franchise. #wonderfulwoman

Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor? Well done. #avoidingspoilers

Let me be clear though, if you are a newbie to the DC Comics history, at some points you may get lost. However, just as it was made clear the underlying purpose the creators had for wrecking Metropolis in Man of Steel, these confusions will be cleared up.

Bring on the Justice League!!

QBF Rating: 4.0/5

PS: Yes, there really is no end credit scene. The market expects this now DC, so WTF!?

NSFW Monday!

Good Morning! This is the 21st, and last of my "Body-Painted Football Babes Bonanza" series. Perhaps more importantly however, the semi-finals begin tomorrow in the World Cup! So a hearty congratulations to the great teams who made it: Uruguay versus Netherlands Germany versus Spain They will play each other tomorrow and Wednesday respectively, but all signs point to Germany defeating the Netherlands in the final. Now, back to the babes! We have ladies representing the Italian Republic (the only returning champion I'd wager, to ever come dead last in the weakest group), and the Republic of Korea (South Korea -- who lost to Uruguay in the 2nd round). - QBF Spicy Meatball: Korea's Taekwan-Don't Stop!
