#MovieReview: "Justice League: Gods and Monsters"

This isn't your father's Justice League! Justice League: Gods and Monsters may have a roster of DC's Trinity, namely Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman, but that's where the similarities end.

In this incarnation Superman is the son of General Zod and not Jor-El, Batman is a much more powerful version of Man-Bat, and Wonder Woman is actually a warrior princess from New Genesis and not Themiscyra.

My only regret with this movie is that it's relatively short, with a runtime of 76 minutes. Otherwise it was great seeing old characters reimagined, and used in new and intriguing ways.

This Justice League by the way doesn't pull their punches. In fact, you might say they go out of their way to be quite brutal to their enemies. However, their motivation is still in the right place, and they are in fact heroes.

VERY WATCHABLE.

QBF Rating: 3.5/5

#WednesdayReviews: "Love Wedding Repeat"

I've no clue what this movie is about, but it's got Olivia Munn in it, and the trailer was nice enough, so I'm guessing its another inoffensive romantic-comedy. So it's time to Love Wedding Repeat . From Google: "Alternate versions of the same wedding unfold as Jack ( Sam Claflin ) tries to make sure his little sister has the perfect wedding day."
