Movie Review: "Lucy"

So Luc Besson has filmed another female action movie, this time with Scarlett Johansson (fresh off her continuing role as the Black Widow).

In this sci-fi shoot-em-up, Scarlett plays Lucy, who is about to unlock all the abilities of the human brain.

Morgan Freeman is in it as well, but he mostly plays the role of a narrator for the proceedings.

Lucy starts out very cool, and Scarlett acts awesomely in the first half of the film.

However, her character makes a pivotal decision which is totally against character -- and then the plot kind of backs itself into a corner.

I think most people will be disappointed with the ending, but I found it deeper than your typical action movie, and didn't mind it.

It CAN WATCH.

QBF Rating: 3.0/6

PS: The premise is utter bullsh*t because we actually do utilise 100% of out brain's capacity.

#WednesdayReviews: "Love Wedding Repeat"

I've no clue what this movie is about, but it's got Olivia Munn in it, and the trailer was nice enough, so I'm guessing its another inoffensive romantic-comedy. So it's time to Love Wedding Repeat . From Google: "Alternate versions of the same wedding unfold as Jack ( Sam Claflin ) tries to make sure his little sister has the perfect wedding day."
