Movie Review: "12 Years a Slave"

12 Years a Slave is the incredible true story of Solomon Northrup (played admirably by Chiwetel Ejiofor), a man who was tricked and sold into slavery.

This is an incredibly well crafted film, with excellent acting from Michael Fassbender and Lupita Nyong'o (as well as other cast members).

If anything can make you truly appreciate being born in the latter 20th century, instead of the 19th century, it is this.

Powerful.

Heart-breaking.

GO WATCH IT.

#WednesdayReviews: "Love Wedding Repeat"

I've no clue what this movie is about, but it's got Olivia Munn in it, and the trailer was nice enough, so I'm guessing its another inoffensive romantic-comedy. So it's time to Love Wedding Repeat . From Google: "Alternate versions of the same wedding unfold as Jack ( Sam Claflin ) tries to make sure his little sister has the perfect wedding day."
