The Star Trek reboot keeps going where no reboot has gone before!
No other franchise reboot actually references the previously altered history (and that's because the previous Star Trek created a wholly new timeline -- you should check it out).
Anyways, Star Trek Into Darkness is a much grimmer Trekker film, and stars the usual cast:
Chris Pine as Captain James Tiberius Kirk
Zachary Quinto as Commander Spock
Zoe Saldana as Lieutenant Commander Nyota Uhura
Karl Urban as Doctor Leonard "Bones" McCoy
Simon Pegg as Chief Engineer Montgomery "Scotty" Scott
John Cho as Lieutenant Commander Hikaru Sulu
Anton Yelchin as Ensign Pavel Chekov
With some new additions Benedict Cumberbatch as John Harrison, and Peter Weller as Admiral Marcus.
Put simply, this is a very good movie!
Of course there are some nits I could pick, but GO SEE THIS NOW.
