" Good Deeds " is the latest Tyler Perry entry in his ever expanding entertainment empire, that encompasses plays, TV shows and feature films. It co-stars one of my favourite actresses: Thandie Newton , in a movie that blessedly doesn't include cross-dressing on Tyler's part, or overt preaching for that matter. It also shows American black people who run a successful business! Imagine that!

Okay, so Hollywood is seemingly determined to make Ryan Reynolds a star, so this time they paired him with Denzel Washington in " Safe House ". But what are the chances that he will be over-shadowed by the bigger name, star, and talent? Will this be another debacle like Green Lantern ? I did mention that Denzel was in this right? King Kong ain't got nothing on him!!

Somehow DC Comics just seem to make the BEST animated superhero movies. I hope this will translate to a better live action Man of Steel (Superman) movie (but I doubt it). Anyway, back to the review! " Justice League: Doom " brings the gang back together to save the world -- again, and it's one of the best J.L. movies to date.
