Movie Review: "The Mechanic" (1972)

Before watching its remake, I decided to check out the original "The Mechanic", which starred the late, great action hero: Charles Bronson.

I figure any excuse to watch one of my childhood favourites is one I will take!

This is not your average action movie, this is a thinking man's action movie. It actually delves into the psychology of why someone would become (and excel at) being an assassin (or 'mechanic'). I definitely rate this one a WATCH.

QBF Rating: 3.5/5.0

PS: The opening sequence is awesome!

#WednesdayReviews: "Love Wedding Repeat"

I've no clue what this movie is about, but it's got Olivia Munn in it, and the trailer was nice enough, so I'm guessing its another inoffensive romantic-comedy. So it's time to Love Wedding Repeat . From Google: "Alternate versions of the same wedding unfold as Jack ( Sam Claflin ) tries to make sure his little sister has the perfect wedding day."
